Quality Control

American Mortgage Fields Services maintains a gold-standard level of quality control procedures to ensure all inspections and preservation orders are complete and handled with unsurpassed quality. East Point’s FieldComm data processing system allows our in-house team to receive, organize and dispatch data and photos with ease and clarity. Our automated electronic auditing system instantly detects errors and discrepancies with any data entry allowing mistakes to be virtually non-existent. We are able to easily search the file history to ensure the correct property has been preserved or inspected and reporting accurate information with speed to our clients. This timely delivery happens because of our integral data processing system that we have in place. AMFS takes pride in our very own in-house logistics department. This team assists our inspectors and subcontractors in locating bad addresses and hard-to-find properties. By utilizing Brick House GPS tracking units mounted in all of our cars, we are able to track our inspectors at all times and help them with any issues that they may encounter. Our logistics department has instant access to online map sources, property appraiser sites, state agency information and other resources allowing us to aid our inspectors and eliminate 99.5% of in-field struggles, making our team one of the most efficient in the industry.

Along with our in-house logistics team we also have a team of highly trained inspectors. We maintain a 75% in-house inspector ratio to a 25% sub-contractor ratio. We have the ability to maintain continued and seamless open lines of communication with our own team of inspectors and sub-contractors. We hold our sub-contractors to the same level of work ethic and training as our own inspectors, ensuring that our integrity and level of excellence does not waver. We have real-time systems in place with our own sub-contractor specialists on the team. This eliminates the need to wait on a call back from a sub-contractor for results. If communication with a subcontractor is lost we have a back-up plan in place to get our nearby in-house inspectors dispatched, making sure that the inspection is handled with urgency.

By placing such precedence on quality control, AMFS also employs a team of quality control inspectors who do random audits as well as provide continued inspection training in each of our covered areas. This team is the key to our success and excellent track record. They provide secure checks and balances further eliminating discrepancies and reporting issues. We require our quality control inspectors all have at least four years of in-field inspection and preservation experience.
