We have the ability to accept work orders from our clients one work order at a time via our Client-Direct web browser interface, or in bulk via web services data streaming, FTP, or simple CSV/XML files that are provided by the client. In fact, we can accomodate any method of communications that our clients wish to use. Additionally, those clients that make use of our Client-Direct web site interface have the advantage of monitoring the progress and viewing the history of the work they have requested.
But it doesn't stop there! Our internal systems have the capability of processing and automatically monitoring each and every work order from the time that it is received from the client until the field results (reports, photos, documents, bids, etc) are delivered back to the client. Additionally, our field reps are equipped with mobile technology in the field giving them the ability to receive orders and return results from the field within a high speed paperless environment.
A Word on Security: Data communications with our clients and with our national network of servicers in the field are completely secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
