AMFS has in place several quality control features that ensure all inspection results are of the highest quality. East Point Systems' Field-comm.NET program is designed to automatically detect errors and discrepancies. It checks the property's history files for inconsistencies to ensure the correct property has been inspected and that consistent reporting is provided to the client.
In the case of a "Bad Address," our inspectors are partnered with our own operations staff who assist them with researching the property further. If we are still unable to locate the property a request is sent to our customer for a Legal Description, Survey, Plat Map, or missing unit number. Properties found to have address changes or corrections are reported to our customers, alerting our customers to make the necessary changes in their database.
AMFS employs its own inspectors rather than sub-contractors, providing the ability to maintain continued and seamless open lines of communication with our own inspection staff. Our system eliminates the need to wait on a call back from a sub-contractor for results. On any given day at any given time we have instant access to each inspectors route plan for that day and at what time we can expect each result from the field. Because of our in-house inspections teams our operations staff are able to maintain constant control over ensuring that our clients due dates are always met with a proven and documented track record of 99.98% of results returned on-time to our client.
AMFS also employs a team of quality control inspectors who do random audits as well as provide continued inspection training in each of our covered areas in order to further eliminate discrepancies and reporting issues.
